Beachside Stone's Throw holiday apartment, as the name suggests, occupies a location very close to Porthtowan Beach. Beachside Stone's Throw is in the Ancient National Heritage Mining village of Porthtowan, one of the premier spots on Cornwall's North coast.

The holiday apartment provides accommodation for between 4 & 5 guests with a double bed on a mezzanine sleeping level and twin bedroom downstairs. For flexibility of accommodation, the sofa in the living area can also be made up into a comfy bed.

Living accommodation at Beachside Stone’s Throw is open plan with a light, airy feel. The lounge area is orientated towards the patio doors which look out to sea. There is a radio and television for guests’ convenience allowing for relaxation in the apartment if a lazy day is on the agenda.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with cooker, kettle and all utensils necessary for catering. There is a comfortable dining area with table and chairs next to the kitchen area with the table orientated so that diners can enjoy the view through the patio windows.

One of the bonus facilities at Beachside Stone’s Throw is the balcony which offers stunning views across the beach and to the cliffs that enclose Porthtowan Beach. The balcony is a great spot to sunbathe during the day or relax in the evening and watch the sun set.

Holidays at Beachside Stone’s Throw offer something for families or groups of friends. The proximity of a life guard patrolled beach and some excellent surfing conditions are sure to be a hit with many of our guests. The Falmouth & Porthtowan Surf Schools offer Beachside Stone’s Throw guests a 10% discount during their stay.

The Eden Project is within easy reach of our accommodation which is conveniently located for access to the A30. A day trip to Eden is a must for many of our holiday apartment guests. In addition to Eden, Porthtowan is ideally located to explore much of south west Cornwall, including Newquay, Truro, Falmouth, St Ives, Lands End and Penwith.
